3. Review Process

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility based on your course progress.

4. Partial Refunds

If you’ve completed between 20% and 50% of the course, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on remaining content.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Access to bonus masterclass recordings after the 14-day window.
  • Fees for one-on-one mentorship sessions already delivered.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing access), we may extend the eligibility window. Please contact support to discuss.

8. Cancellations by ClickCraft Academy

If we cancel a course or significantly change its content, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress.
